Russ Farnsworth wants to fix our government. Specifically, the US government. He wants to remove hyperpartisonship, money and the undue influence of special interests. He also wants to re-install ethics. The devil is in the details but he proposes a Citizen's Congress to discuss, debate and install new rules where elections are more representative.
