Dripsy woman Kathleen moved to the UK aged 18 and got stuck but finally moved back home two years ago. The only way it was affordable for her to make the move home was through arranging for a custom-built off grid eco tiny house to be constructed. Which she is now raffling to raise funds to build on Beara. 5% of the proceeds will go to Cork Penny Dinners and Cork's Simon Community.

Included in the home is :An open plan kitchen-living Room, with underfloor heating, and a "Hobbit" wood burning stove. There is a sliding door that leads to the bathroom and a very large shower, and includes "The Villa" high spec composting loo (includes integral fan, no odours.) A staircase with storage leads to two double bedrooms.
