Today's football story comes from footballer turned mental health coach Rhodri Jones.

Rhodri started his footballing life with Manchester United in the youth academy before being released at the age of 14. He slipped down the football league before falling out the game all together at the age of 26.

He talks about the impact that had on his life and how it lead to his new career as a Mental Health Coach, helping others who may face similar challenges to those he faced.
