We break format this week because we are going to dive into our predictions for all 30 teams before the start of the season. To keep things easy, we will use the regular season standings of last season to move through the teams. We’ll go over some of the changes the teams made and how they have improved in comparison to last year. Of course not everyone got better, so we’ll touch on that too.
