Today’s conversation will look quite different. I am tackling a subject matter that is very heated in our country, racism. We have a lot of chatter about racism happening not only in our country but in the entire world. I have some thoughts I would like to share with you in regards to what I think racism is really about as well as what we can actually do about it. There is a solution and although it appears simple, it can be very challenging to implement. I am up for the challenge friend! What about you?
