Our third episode of Behind the Electrodes introduces Dr. Douglas Weber, professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Neuroscience Institute of Carnegie Mellon University and founding member of DARPA's Biological Technologies Office. From his experience, Dr. Weber notes the surprising difference between the technology used in research compared to the technology used in practice.
