As the coach, how are we noticing the culture and is our own experience of corporate culture influencing our work? Oftentimes, we are not aware of the water in the fishbowl that we are swimming in and how that might be affecting our choices. Coaches can support their thinkers to get a better sense of the water; and supervisors can help coaches to look at the fishbowl with a new perspective.
