A lot of scary stories begin with someone moving into a haunted house. But as housing costs have risen, and our living spaces have gotten smaller, it was inevitable that the supernatural should occur in increasingly confined spaces. You might apply stone tape theory to a sinister case like this one. Where a traumatic event seems to have been recorded in a certain place, and is now replaying over and over again.
