I assumed that I healthy and did not lack basic nutrients because my environment has them flourishing. Health: Lack of Vitamin D and iodine while living in tropics can sound so awkward to people who know about the tropics and how easy those two things can be had in that part of the world. I mean who would have thought I was lacking? Reality is that I was lacking. If you live in an environment but fail to use up whats offered to you then you really can't say that you have been enjoying its benefit. My advice would be to you don't ever take natural blessing for granted! Be happy and thrive in it!
