Hey - Thanks for listening to our 5th episode - we hope you enjoy it!
Schedule:
We talk about our previous week's training, how we got on with a set workout and then we set each other a new workout for next week. If you enjoyed the pod and fancy having a go at next weeks workout, it is:
Jo Pavey Hills...
5 x 1min Uphill Effort, jog down recovery
3mins standing rest
5 x 45seconds Uphill Effort, jog down recovery
3mins standing rest
5 x 30seconds Uphill Effort, jog down recovery
Rest for 3mins
Finally... 3min Uphill Effort with all out effort for the last 30 seconds!
(Total 14:15 of uphill efforts!)

After the usual training run down, last week's workout and setting next week's work out we then discuss training plans - specifically "The Bible" or better know as Advanced Marathoning by Pete Pfitzinger & Scott Douglas.
