I love the notion of “Good leaders inspire.” We covered this in part four of the leadership series. This does not mean a person must be charismatic to inspire others. It means others see that the leader truly believes in the mission and vision of the organization. His or her commitment is clearly visible and that provides inspiration to others.
Well, how many of you know that inspiration without implementation is just a dream? And implementation without organization could potentially lead to chaos. Let’s examine the keys points of today's lesson from Nehemiah as it relates to organizing well.
1.Good leaders who organize well make an impact with key influencers. (vv1-4)
2.Good leaders who organize well align the needs of the org with the interest of the person. (vv28-32)
3.Good leaders who organize well make adjustments as needed. (vv5, 27)
