In this episode, Jeff and Sarah hit a topic that is incredibly relevant now but can also be revisited long after the threat of COVID-19 is gone. - Stress relief.

They discuss the signs of stress to help you become more self-aware, share ways you can relieve stress when you are experiencing it, and provide you with a list of ways you can serve your community while social distancing. Finally, they provide you with tips to help children in your life feel supported during this time.
