This book is a must read for leaders.
Lou Gerstner saved IBM from bankruptcy in the 1990s. If you work for a company like IBM, especially one that is struggling and needs a turnaround, you will love his book.
I gave it 5 stars. It reads like a recipe for saving a dying company. Implying that after reading his book, if you put the principles into practice, you should be able to resurrect a dead company.
