God decreed to Hezekiah (Ezekias) through Esaias (Isaiah), that he should put his house in order because death is upon him. Before Isaiah left the middle courtyard God sent him back to declare to Hezekiah that he had been granted 15 more years of life and as a sign the shadow on the sundial would travel back ten degrees. The king of Babylon sent messengers to Hezekiah due to his sickness and he showed them the whole kingdom and all his wealth. And as a result Isaiah prophesied Babylon would return to take it.
