Ogden City Council Policy Analyst Amy Mabey returns to the podcast to discuss House Bill 411, also known as the Community Renewable Energy Act.

On December 3, 2019, the City Council adopted a joint resolution to begin the initial steps to pursue participation in the Community Renewable Energy Act. This action does not commit the city to full program participation, but allowed the city to gain more information, that is currently available, to make a more informed decision about the Community Renewable Energy Act.
