show moreI had the privilege of working with Dan for over 10 years at Chipotle Mexican Grill. During those 10 years, Dan grew into the position of Operations Director where he operated 65 restaurants in Minnesota & Wisconsin as well as restaurants in New York and New England where he grew sales to over 100MM. As you can tell from those numbers, Dan had an incredible impact on the Chipotle brand.
After leaving Chipotle, Dan took the VP of Operations role for Luna Grill in San Diego, where over the course of 3 years he oversaw global operations and helped the brand scale.
Following Luna Grill Dan started his own consulting practice where he coached business leaders and restaurant operators to help their organizations grow.
Dan is currently with Eurest Compass Dining Group where he oversees major corporate dining sector accounts.
