It is very common nowadays that newly promoted leaders are not properly trained. They expect new leaders to prove themselves and this is the most common mistakes for the leadership failures. Succession planning in every organization must be in placed. You have to pass-on knowledge to your associates. Great video and I have learned new techniques. Thanks for sharing.

I learned a lot from this clip. I've seen a lot of senior leaders don't know how to use a computer and the internet. They are also not willing to learn new things due to their ego problem. And as we know in the current age without knowing the technology it's very hard to be a successful leader. For this reason, we all should be very careful about this type of problem in our organization. Thanks for sharing.

Leadership development is really important during this time. I have learned in this episode about the Peter principle in which one is promoted based on the good things done from the previous position without considering the role promoted in. Developing leaders entails identifying cognitive biases to prevent disaster.
