Gleb pointed out that cognitive biases play a huge role in making sure that leaders are future-proof. I think it makes sense and can definitely secure the future of the organization.

Future thinking is a need in every aspect, this is done by thinking prior to the possible factors that may affect the organization such as risks and expected goals, and thus should be counted as a necessity especially when it comes to leadership strategies.

People tend to fail when they go with their guts in decision-making. Future-proof organizations are those that prevent future problems by strategic planning such as through the “Defend Your Future” method. The pandemic changed things and we all have to look for better strategies to stay in business. Thanks for sharing!
