Nice episode. Remote training and virtual mentoring are very important during this time. This could help employees develop, maintain and grow networks of support and connections.
Before the employees can go try the new setup of working they should be given a time to be able to decide whether they can still work hard even if we use digital devices and always check their mental state at all times. By addressing them properly on the positives and negative outcome of the situation, they would have a broad understanding on what's to come in the future of every company, and be able to still have an amazing life as a corporate worker. An efficient way indeed!

Conducting a seminar or virtual mentoring on how employees can take advantage of the digital devices we have, can be able to use in order to continue their work even if they're only at home and still be productive is such a big help to count. Old practices are no longer suitable for this time of age, we should adopt to the new time and embraces the digital era so that we can help one another. Apparently, a number of organizations are getting negative feedback on how things should be handled during this time, though that should not be the case, instead, we should instruct and educate one another on why are we doing this.

Love this episode. I agree that many already resigned due to employers trying to force them back to the office. Thus, employers should research best practices on virtual innovation to adapt strategically to the new circumstances, and indeed having a remote training and virtual mentoring is what the employees need.

Conducting virtual trainings and mentorship is critical in order for remote workers to feel valued and that the organization actually cares about them. Accept it or not, many personnel are dissatisfied with their current status, and I believe that keeping an eye on them through mentoring/training them would be quite beneficial.
