Great episode! I was impressed with Jill. She's one of the best examples of being a good leader. I agree that employees should be treated well with the utmost respect and let them know that they’re valuable. I believe that the employees are the best asset of the company. So, surely her company will grow and expand nearly soon.
Dr. Gleb as a host is very informative, I am very thankful for each episode of the decision-making show as it broadens the information I have gathered in my existence in the world wherein in the years coming, I will be able to showcase all of them confidently. Also, the invited guest, Jill Kuhlman did a great job. I am very impressed with the collaboration of the two and looking forward to more collaboration with other people with Dr. Gleb.

It's wonderful to learn about their organization's ability to be both adaptable and transparent. They didn't let the difficulties consume them; instead, they concentrated on how to adapt efficiently in difficult situations.

It must be really a challenge for them transitioning to work from home set up during the pandemic and the changes that would happen especially that their organization is involved in logistics. This requires them to really work on site. I love how transparent they are to their employees as well as the effort that they put in educating them without forcing things to their employees. Great discussion here!
