A very timely piece of information. With the workforce having vaccinated at least 70%, the company must prepare for employees returning to the office. A hybrid set-up must be enforced for employees who effective working from home or at the office.Surveys and researches within employees help assess the future of the workplace. This is the future. I immediately thought of my prior employer and how they are currently set up while listening to this podcast. I think it's nice of them to allow employees who want to travel to the office 3 or 2 times a week to work from home, especially those who live far away from the business. This is very agreeable, in our office this is skeletal system, 3 days in office and 2 days work from home. Using this hybrid workspace gives employees a work life balance, employees have more time with their families while working and this will give an efficient result for the company.
