Since the pandemic started, I was really eyeing and eager to work from home fulltime for safety purposes. And, when I finally got it, I experienced depression and anxiety. Maybe because of the transition from office based to homebased that really needs an adjustment. But, I did not allow such to consume me. I find ways to cope with it. Same as what you have stated in this episode, I did an exploration of the things that will help me become motivated while staying at home, I also came to the point and realization that I need to love myself more by doing things that would help me become better, such as doing 20 to 30 minutes of exercise, reading book at least 1 chapter in a day, and eating healthy foods as well.
