This has been a nice story and example of such judgement error. I do agree with the points being discussed especially those discrepancies that are happening behind and the members of the organization are just passive about. What happened to Mark has been frustrating but I guess it serves a purpose as he was able to understand different judgement errors and could prevent something from happening again in the future.
