You know how much I love an entrepreneur, well I couldn't wait to get Sherille Riley into the studio to talk about her journey from trainee beautician to becoming the founder of Nails and Brows Mayfair and her own product range which is called The Beauty Edit Mayfair. (She also designs the brows of a very very famous member of the Royal Family but I'm not allowed to say any more or I'll get into trouble!)

Sherille's passion, enthusiasm and determination are a real inspiration, especially if you're thinking of taking the leap and starting your own business.
