In this episode I'm joined once again by the brilliant skin health specialist Jasmina Vico. Jasmina is the woman behind the skin of the likes of Jodie Comer, Sienna Miller and Phoebe Dynevor and is renowned for her "Jasmina Vico Glow".
During the episode I catch up with Jasmina and we explore her beliefs that good skin goes so much deeper than what's on the surface. Jasmina talks through the techniques and innovations that she believes will not only help our skin but overall health too and she stresses how important it is for her to explore all aspects of a client's health rather than just focussing on the skin.
