In this episode I welcome back the amazing dermatologist Dr Sam Bunting to talk through the things we should be steering clear of when it comes to our skin.
Sam is a great believer in keeping things simple but effective and has a list of skincare ingredients that she feels that we can all benefit from. There are also those products and habits that may be nice but probably aren't doing much for the health of our skin (or our pockets) and Sam talks us through the good, the bad and the ugly.
