Welcome to Wellthy Living Conversation episode 70 with guest Joe Hart.

Joe is a psychologist and executive coach and author of “True Perspective”. After graduating with a Master of Organisational Psychology, Joe spent 7 years working for Gallup, a global leader in engagement and strengths based development. He became a strengths based coach, engagement expert and worked with senior leaders all over Asia. He then went on to spend a few years working for Chandler Macleod leading the Client Services team, running culture change programs, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment for selection and development. Most recently he was the culture lead and internal executive coach supporting people at all levels of seniority.

Intro:
"In a world where screens dominate our interactions, where emojis replace genuine expressions, and where instant messaging supersedes face-to-face connections, it has become more crucial than ever to recognize the power and significance of dialogue. Open and honest conversations are the lifeblood of human connection, fostering understanding, empathy, and the exchange of ideas. But how we can cultivate an environment that encourages genuine and meaningful conversations and why does matter? "

In this episode, we explore the barriers that hinder honesty and vulnerability and discover how we can cultivate an environment that encourages genuine and meaningful conversations.
