Many young professional adults today struggle with feeling like they are not worthy of their accomplishments, and can often live life in fear of being discovered as a "fraud" in different aspects of their lives- whether it's in their careers, in their relationships, etc. This phenomenon is known in the world of psychology as "Imposter Syndrome" and it's what I tackle in this next episode of Cut the Small Talk with two awesome women, Dr. Jenny Fagel and Dr. Kathleen Wang, the founders of the Grown Up Asian.

The Grown Up Asian is a life coaching program geared to help Asian American women live up to the most authentic version of themselves, which was founded through their own search for purpose and their drive and passion to help others find theirs!

To sign up for their free virtual workshop on "How to Crush Your Goals" that's scheduled for January 13th @ 5:30 pm PST/8:30 pm EST: https://nxw16bkt.pages.infusionsoft.net/
