Tina and her husband Kevin Caul founded their brokerage, Caul Group Residential in 2009. Reared in Detroit, MI for the first 30 years of life and then moving South in search of a warmer climate, they have a combination of Southern charm and Northeastern tenacity. Tina Caul has been a real estate advisor for over 20 years and 13 years for Kevin. Tina has sold over 2,000 homes in her career. She also sold 130 homes per year for 4 years as an independent agent before expanding the team in 2016. Caul Group peaked at $72M in volume at KW in 2018 but after moving over to eXp Realty in April of 2019, they grew their team to just under $200M in volume and almost 500 transactions with 25 agents.
