Ron is a results-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial drive and a growth mindset. Throughout Ron's career, he has developed a proven measurable track record of building teams and growing partnerships from inception through execution.
Ron has lived in Atlanta, GA, since 2004 and was born and raised in New Jersey. For the last 20 years, he has been working with independent contractors and building sales teams. Ron is with Zillow as a Growth Advisor (3 years +). At the end of the year, he will be moving on from Zillow. He will be pursuing his passion for coaching and consulting real estate teams. His coaching niche will be working with teams who have 35%+ lead generation coming from online sources. He is currently looking to bring on and train 5 -7 real estate coaches.

1. Developed the Black Broker Growth and Development Pilot:
Within 12 months, coached 5 brokers/team leaders who grew an additional $150 Million in production and added over 50 new agents to their teams.

Due to Covid, created an online monthly Mastermind/Training Platform that grew from 100 to 1000+ for Zillow Flex agents and team leaders.
