This week's episode on the Artist Academy Podcast is something that I believe has been one of the reasons why I’ve had such a smooth mural career.
Taking the time to step back and think logically before reacting has saved me in many situations. Burning bridges over emotional reactions and decisions vs. looking at it from more of a logical standpoint can not just cost you referrals, but arguably something more important, it can cost you your peace of mind.
In this episode I’m going to be sharing some of my personal business experiences, plus ones that I see pop up frequently with other artists, to give examples of emotional vs logical situations.
I don’t want to scare you by talking about some negative things that come up when dealing with customers, but rather help you be better prepared for when these situations arise.
