Ken talked about starting at store #105 peeling potatoes, writing the hostess manual for the Works Bar & Salad Bar, and making the Big Shef sauce at the restaurant by hand.

I worked at burger chef in Missouri from 1975 to 11978. I want to add that we had fresh ground beef until the switch to frozen Pattie's in the spring of 1976.
