This week we were fortunate enough to be joined by Moonlynn Tsai and Kyo Pang, the amazing duo behind one of New York’s hottest new restaurants, Kopitiam. The restaurant originally had four seats (and the line to get in wrapped around the block) then reopened around the block with nearly forty seats and found immediate success. Being lauded in essentially every major publication, their leap was soon validated by the critics, and the throngs of devoted patrons.
