In today's #coffeewithatherapist, we are talking about how unresolved trauma shows up in the workplace including these ways:
1. Being the office doormat
2. Not speaking up for ourselves or setting boundaries
3. Taking feedback as harsh criticism and as reasons we fail at the job / part of our self worth
4. Being overly hard on ourselves for mistakes or errors
5. Not putting ourselves out there by voicing our ideas, applying for jobs, or pursuing self employment
