Nathan talks about the impact of martial arts during his youth and how at 14 he was a martial arts instructor—mixing in life skills lessons into the training process. His love for coaching and creating a space for others to be who they are, naturally started at an early age. Nathan is pictured with two of his students.
Nathan “sees” value in others before he works with them to “add” value. He shares he has always held an image higher in his mind of what others could achieve.
