In this video, Rob talks about how depending on which stage you're at with your clothing brand - it will require different strategies. Clothing brands that are just starting out need to go through a "hustle phase", doing one on one engagement with your audience to master your brand concept and understand who your ideal customer is. Then, once you've gone through this phase you can begin to scale up your clothing line and introduce new strategies that will only work because of the first phase that you went through. This advice applies to clothing lines, fashion brands, t shirt lines, pod (print on demand), street wear brands and beyond!!
