No civilization endures forever. One day, it might well be us who are left with the remains of all the things we could have become as a nation. As with every civilization before, it will hit a turning point, a catalyst of change, and a shock to our culture. And yet, it may end up being for the better....We can not know ahead of time.
So - Are you willing to ''Un-Learn'' the things that have shaped your opinions and views of world history? To do this requires that we go the sources themselves, translating personal letters and archives from ancient languages in order to make them come to life. Please join me for my first series of Podcasts, ''Origins.'' How does the Detective Historian uncover truth? What things have we uncovered which changed our way of thinking? What drives intellectual change of world views? These are just a few of the questions we can answer together!
