Gallifrey One (www.gallifreyone.com) bills itself as the longest-running, largest fan-run Doctor Who convention. It's held in Los Angeles in February annually and will celebrate its 30th year in 2019. Jessica & Phillip roll out the welcome mat for their first guest - a Gallifrey One "vet," Kat Griffiths (@xanister).
