show moreIn 2015, they had expanded to the point that they hired two more employees, and were able to offer a CSA to 110 families in Durango as well as greatly expanding offerings at the Durango Farmers 19 Market and to local restaurants.
THE CORNUCOPIA INSTITUTE, through research and investigations on agricultural and food issues, provides needed information to family farmers, consumers and other stakeholders in the good food movement and to the media. They support economic justice for the family-scale farming community 13 partnered with consumers 13 backing ecologically produced local, organic and authentic food.
