A Florida physical education teacher is facing punishment after refusing to supervise a biological female undressing and showering in the boys' locker room.

Liberty Counsel Chairman Mathew Staver says Pasco County, Florida, schools disciplined the teacher after he refused to monitor a girl who identifies as male change clothes and shower with boys.

Furthermore, Staver says the school district deliberately failed to inform the students or any parents that this decision had been made.
