With a major pandemic on our hands, we are all missing out on memory-making events that will evolve into stories we tell for years to come. One of the big ones for us - our annual pilgrimage to Burning Man! In this episode, we invite you to gather 'round the fire so we can share with you this a one-of-a-kind experience that's near and dear to our hearts.
This week we would have been heading to our favorite camp - the Flaming Ugly Cowboy Saloon - to enjoy our third adventure in the desert. This temporary metropolis in Black Rock Desert is dedicated to community, art, self-expression, and self-reliance, and there are so many nuances that make this event special that we could talk for days about it... but we're going to do our best to paint an accurate picture of what it's like for those who have not had the chance to participate. Pull up a comfy camping chair, fill your canteen with some red wine (or beverage of choice on the Playa), and get ready to forget your troubles for just a few minutes while you find some enchantment in our storytelling!
