After so many times breaking it down I realized theres a wall you need to get over when trying that new thing. It can come in the form of feeling unmotivated towards it or the plain feeling of uncomfort that starting that new thing creates but you can break down that wall! and REALLY take on what you love doing by understanding there is friction and accept it you can power right through it and create a positive message for yourself that you can ACTUALLY take on these things that feel so hard. DO IT!
