It only takes a moment of awareness to begin the journey toward growth. I’ve been learning so much about areas I need to grow in. Especially in the way I communicate with my own family.

We all make judgements and comparisons. I hope we all choose to work on pausing, listening, questioning, validating and showing grace to ourselves and grace to others.
