Major Sam McGrath joins Time To Talk today.
He was the youngest Major of the Parachute Regiment since WORLD WAR 2 commanding over 200 men just as he turned 28-years-old.
Since leaving the army after 10 years in service, he has run one of the most intense runs in the country called the Bob Graheme Round running 72 miles of the Keswick Fell in 23hrs 43mins, earned an Executive MBA with Barclays in 2009, became MD of Standard Charter in Singapore and the author of Be Para Fit, a 4-week formula for elite physical fitness all of which we will be delving into in this episode as we discuss being a compassionate leader at home, at work and in life.
