1 in 7 woman deal with Postpartum Depression, yet it is an experience we rarely hear about. My classmate, Elizabeth, was the first person I've ever talked to about this mental health challenge. We discuss her depression, and how it was possibly exacerbated by her pregnancy. Most importantly, Elizabeth helps to normalize postpartum depression, and encourage other mothers to seek out support and help. Elizabeth was absolutely hilarious, inspirational, and educational.
