Jeremy, a 3rd year medical student, discusses his challenges as an international student in the midst of COVID. Jeremy gives the audience a glimpse of his experience as a black, gay man. We talk about Jacob Blake, Black Lives Matter, and how white people can talk about race relationships. Jeremy talks about being gay, and how that has impacted his mental health. We discuss how religion impacts the LGBTQ community. We talk about the positive and negative effects of social media. This episode was a long one, but there wasn't even a pause in our conversation.
