A customer was so angered by the slow service at the Wareham Wendy's that he wrote a letter to the restaurant chain complaining about his experience. The District Manager responded in an unexpected way claiming that in Wareham where it's a "talent-less pool of ex junkies" it's hard to find good help. This statement attracted lots of attention and Wendy's finds themselves in the news. Was this manager right for saying this even if it's true?
