The town of Hull, Massachusetts has made the decision to ban ice cream trucks for the summer season. Why? Town officials are afraid children will not be able to socially distance safely. We had the Town Manager of Hull , Phil Lemnios, call into the show on the listener line and VB discussed with him this decision by the town and how disappointing it sounds to him.
