Denise Foley was a MassHealth worker who got fired for her Facebook post about mask enforcements comparing them to Nazi Germany. Following an investigation, MassHealth said they “no longer have confidence in her ability to perform her duties effectively.” The Liberty Justice Center filed a lawsuit on Foley’s behalf citing a violation of her First Amendment rights.
