COVID-19 is impacting the whole world, so much so that President Trump declared a National Emergency. Here in Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has banned gatherings of 250 people or more, the Boston Marathon will be delayed until September 14th (the first postponement in the event’s 124-year history), and Municipal leaders want Governor Baker to close schools statewide. A lot of questions remain such as should public gathering places like movie theaters be shut and do you have to tell your neighbor if you test positive for the Coronavirus?
